Shanghai Vegetable Rice

Ingredients

White rice

3 cups

Chicken broth

1 can

Bok choy

3 cups

Chinese sausage (diced)

3 cups

Mushroom (soaked and diced)

8 pcs

Garlic paste

8 valves

Corn

1 can

Sea salt

Dice Chinese sausage and mushroom. Chop Bok Choy.

Put white rice in inner pot. Wash and drain the white rice.

Spread the diced mushrooms, diced Chinese sausage, corn and garlic paste.

Add 3.5 full cup of water of measuring cup in inner pot. ( Can contain mushroom water and water from canned corn). Add 1.5 cup of water of measuring cup to outer pot. Press power.

When switch jumps up, open the upper lid and add diced Bok Choy to inner pot and mix them.

Add 0.2 cup of water to outer pot. Press power switch. It is ready to eat when switch jumps up.
