Japanese Furong (egg) Tofu

Ingredients

Sugar-free soy milk

320 cc

Egg

4 pcs

Chicken powder (optional)

1 tsp

Chopped green onion

a few

Ajishima pine or Nori shreds

a few

Japanese soy sauce

a little

Bonito flakes

Break four eggs into a large bowl.

Add soy milk and chicken powder and mix well.

Sift the well-mixed soy milk and egg liquid with a strainer until the foam disappears.

Pour it into a square container, put it in Tatung Multifunctional Cooker, put a cup of water in the outer pot and press the power switch down.

After power switch is jumping, let it cool down a bit before cutting into pieces. Sprinkle chopped green onion, bonito flakes, Mishima pine, and some Japanese bonito soy sauce before serving.
