Mung bean with Jobs Tears soup

Ingredients

Green beans (Mung beans)

250 g

Jobs tears

150 g

Water

3 L

Sugar

Thoroughly wash the mung beans and jobs tears separately. Remove any discolored or cracked beans. Add 3 Liter water to each and soak for 2-3 hours.

Wash the soaked mung beans and jobs tears again, drain and add to the inner pot.

Pour 3 liters of water into the inner pot, add 3 cups of water into the outer pot, turn on the switch, and steam for about 1 hour.

When it's done, open the lid and add the amount of sugar you like for sweetness and mix well.

Remove from the pot and put it in the refrigerator to cool.
