Wash and peel the pumpkin and cut into thin slices (about 350g, water will come out after steaming, after the water is drained, you can get 250g of pumpkin puree).
Put it into the Tatung Multifunctional Cooker, cover the outer pot with a cup of water and press the button; take it out after the button pops up.
After draining the excess water, mash the steamed pumpkin into a pure.
Add sucrose, low-gluten flour, corn flour and salt to pumpkin puree and mix well.
Cover the model with a layer of baking paper first, pour the pumpkin puree in step 4, lift the model and tap the table three times to expel the air, and smooth the surface slightly.
Put the model into Tatung Multifunctional Cooker outer pot with two cups of water and press the button; take it out after the button pops up.
After cooling, remove the baking paper and slice, decorate with pumpkin seeds, and enjoy~
