Hungarian Beer Stew

Ingredients

Plum meat

Onion chunks

Cut the plum blossom meat into pieces for later use.

Put onion pieces, potato pieces, carrot pieces, celery pieces, garlic pieces, red pepper pieces, yellow pepper pieces, and bay leaf into the inner pot.

Add tomato paste, salt, sugar, black pepper, Hungarian paprika.

Marinate for 30 minutes.

Pour beer into Tatung Multifunctional Cooker. Add 2 full cups of Tatung measuring cup in the outer pot. Push down the cooking button to start cooking.
