Stewed Beef Ribs with Tomato

Ingredients

Beef ribs

600 g

Tomato

2 pcs (250 g)

Onion

1 pc (150 g)

Mushroom

8 pcs (150 g)

Water

180 ml

Seasoning A

Black Pepper Powder

Dried Italian seasoning spice

Seasoning B

Soy sauce

2 tbsp

Rock Candy

2 tbsp

Salt

1/4 tbsp

Tomato paste

Cut off the excess white fat on the beef ribs. Cut the beef ribs into several pieces and it is 4-5 cm of each. Spread the seasoning (A) on top of ribs and put in the refrigerator and marinate for 30 minutes.

Cut tomato into 4 slices of each. Cut the onion into small pieces. Cut the large mushroom into 4 pieces. Keep the original shape of the small mushroom.

Put marinated beef ribs in to cooking pan/pot without cooking oil and dry-fry it with medium-high heat till it is burnt.

Put onion, mushroom, tomato in the pan/pot to fry with beef ribs together.

Put the seasoning (B) into pan/pot and continue to fry all for 5 more minutes.

Put step 5 into inner pot of Tatung Multifunctional Cookers and then add 1 full cup of Tatung measuring cup in the inner pot.

Add 2 full cup of Tatung measuring cup in outer pot. Push down the cooking button of Tatung Multifunctional Cookers to start cooking.

Repeat the above actions once (add same volume of water to inner pot and outer pot) , when the cooker’s button jump up, it's done.
