Sprinkle the cod fillet with salt and let it sit for about 15 minutes, then wipe it
dry with a paper towel.
Place step 1 on a plate, sprinkle green onions and ginger on top of the fillet, and sprinkle cooking sake and light soy sauce.
Place a steam plate in the outer pot and add a glass of water.
Put step 3 in the inner pot, turn on the switch and steam.
When the switch goes up, take out the cod and put it in a bowl.
Sprinkle with thinly sliced scallions and chili peppers, and you're done!
