Edamame Green Tea Rice

Ingredients

Rice

2 cups

Edamame (shelled)

1/2 cup

Soy sauce

1 tsp

Sake

1 tsp

Green tea (tea leaves)

tsp

Water

2 tsp

Salt

Wash the rice, put it in a colander, put it in the inner pot and add water up to the mark.

Add soy sauce and sake to step 1 and mix lightly.

Set the inner pot to the outer pot, cover it and switch it on.

Combine green tea and water to moisten.

Boil the edamame in boiling water with a little salt (not listed).

When the switch for step 3 is turned up, immediately put step 4 and step 5 into the inner pot and let it steam for 5-6 minutes without opening the lid.
