Macaroni Potato Salad

Ingredients

Macaroni

30 g

Cucumber

1 pcs

Carrot

1/2 pcs

Potato

300 g

Ham

1 slice

Japanese mayonnaise

50 g

Salt

1 tsp

White pepper

1 tsp

Prepare all ingredients well.

Peel and cut potato into small pieces. Then put it in the small bowl.Cover the bowl with foil.

Note: This small bowl should be able to put on top of the bowl with macaroni in step#3.

Put macaroni in the small bowl (stainless steel or ceramic) and add two full cup of water of Tatung measuring cup.

Put the bowl with potato on top of the bowl having macaroni in step#3.
Put 1 full cup of water of Tatung measuring cup in outer pot.
Push down the switch to start cooking.

Cut ham in to small pieces.
Wash cucumber and dice in to small slices about 0.3 cm each.
Peel carrot and shred it.

Sprinkle some salt on the carrots and cucumbers and marinate them for a while. After the water comes out from carrot and cucumber, drain the water and set aside.

Drain the steamed macaroni and set aside. Mash the potatoes and add Japanese mayonnaise, salt, white pepper and mix well.

Add cucumber, shredded carrot, ham, macaroni to mashed potato and mix well
