Add green onions, ginger, and soy sauce to the salmon and place it in the refrigerator overnight.
Remove the green onion and ginger, put the salmon fillet in a storage bag, and close the bag to remove the air.
Prepare hot water at 55°C, fill the inner pot with water until the storage bag is completely submerged, and press the keep warm button
Let storage bag sit for 30 minutes. (Adjust the time according to the thickness of the salmon fillet.)
After 30 minutes, take out the storage bag, cut the storage bag directly so as not to crush the salmon, and slide the salmon onto a plate.
