Miso Steamed Chicken Thigh

Ingredients

Chicken thigh

300 g

Shiitake mushrooms

3 pcs

Red pepper

1 pcs

Green onion

1 pcs

Grated ginger

Miso

Soy sauce

Sugar

Cut the chicken thighs into bite-size pieces, and cut the shiitake mushrooms into quarters.
Slice the red pepper diagonally and chop the green onion.

Add grated ginger and seasonings to a bowl and mix.

Add chicken thighs to step 2 and marinate for 10 minutes.
