Brown Sugar Tapioca Milk

Ingredients

Dried tapioca

200 ml

Brown sugar

100 g

Water

180 ml

Milk

500 ml per cup

Add the dried tapioca to the boiling water and gently stir to prevent sticking.

When it boils again, immediately transfer it to the inner pot, put 1.5 cups of water in the outer pot, turn on the switch and steam. After the switch is turned off, wait for about 30 minutes in the warm state.

Remove pot in step 2 from cooker and wash cooked tapioca with cold water.

Put water, brown sugar and cooked tapioca in step 3 in the clean inner pot and mix evenly.

Put a cup of water in the outer pot, turn on the switch, and wait 20 minutes after the switch is turned off.

Take out the inner pot and when the switch goes up, the brown sugar tapioca is ready.

Take the black molasses from step 6 with a spoon and put it on the inside of the glass, then add the tapioca pearls, and finally pour the milk to complete!
